We want you to love your order. If you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.

30-Day Returns
You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with their original tags attached.

How to Start a Return
Email hey@miasfinds.com with your order number and we will send you return instructions and the return address.

Return Shipping
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, in which case we cover the cost.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 14 business days, and we will email you when it is processed. If you prefer, we can offer an exchange or store credit.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away and we will make it right with a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
